Soyez curieux, informez-vous, aimez apprendre. Tenez-vous au courant des innovations culinaires et nutritionnelles. Ce goût pour l'apprentissage m'a permis d'obtenir récemment un beau diplôme. J'ai commencé avec un CAP de cuisine et de pâtisserie à l'adolescence et je viens d'obtenir un BTS Hôtellerie restauration (Arts du service et de la table) par le biais de la validation des acquis de l'expérience. À quatre ans de la retraite, je n'en suis pas peu fier !

Be inquisitive, find things out for yourself, enjoy learning. Keep yourself up to date with the latest culinary and nutritional developments. My love of learning has allowed me to gain an excellent new qualification recently. My vocational training started with a "CAP" in cookery and pastry making when I was a teenager and I have just been awarded a "BTS" in hotel and catering (the art of service and entertaining) to recognize the experience I have gained. This is an achievement I am immensely proud of as I am only four years away from retiring!
